1. Why do I have to re- apply every 45 mins?

Our mosquito repellent is DEET free and uses only citronella essential oil to repel mosquitos. The scent of the citronella wears off and so we recommend re-applying every 45 mins.

2. Is it safe for children?

Our mosquito repellent is safe for children aged 3 years and above. Under 3 years of age we recommend using fabric patches to repel mosquitoes

3. why do you package in glass and not plastic?

At Kuva, we have made a commitment to the planet to try and be as eco-friendly as possible and reduce plastic in our packaging. Skincare is a major plastic polluter and we are trying to change that.

4. why is your mosquito repellent more expensive?

we package in glass, which is on average 5 x more expensive than plastic. The heavy weight also costs more to ship. We use premium, natural ingredients that are safe for you and the planet too and this adds to the cost of the product.
